About Me

I’m a senior content designer based in Berlin, Germany open to opportunities throughout Europe. I’m a native English speaker with B2+ proficiency in German.

I’ve always been interested in language, culture, and mental processes—systems that govern how we think and interact. They determine our reactions to colors, words, symbols, and even sounds. Depending on your background, the sound of slurping noodles will bring you joy or make you cringe.

These interests set the course for my career in UX writing and content design, where I use language, structure, empathy, and psychology to design simple and intuitive digital experiences.

Over the past 4 years, I’ve led content design for the small business digital solutions team at PNC, collaborating with product teams to design digital banking products that help over 500,000 business owners run and grow their businesses.

I’ve helped teams reduce cognitive load and lower the reading level of over 10 digital products while maintaining compliance with legal requirements. This had led to the launch of accessible, user-friendly experiences with higher engagements, conversions, and user satisfaction. My approach blends listening, advocacy, and collaboration to connect desired outcomes with user needs and wants.

I’m always open to conversations about UX content strategy, localization and accessible design. Reach out if you’d like to exchange ideas!
